 RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE AT OUR RETAIL STORE IN BENSALEM, PA

 All products purchased in our retail store are a Final Sale.

We do not offer returns, credits or exchanges. 

 

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY

The following policies apply to merchandise purchased online and not in our retail store.

Products purchased online can be returned for a refund minus a 10% re-stocking fee of the total cost of the merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ANY ORDER SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, ARE A FINAL SALE.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. You must request a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email info@goldenaspprom.com to request a return authorization number.

2. After receiving your return Authorization number items must be postmarked within 3 business days. Packages postmarked after 3 business days will be refused.

3. Please be sure that all items returned are in the original condition as received including all tags attached.

4. When we receive your package it can take as long as 5-7 business days to process your refund/store credit.

5. Items marked as “final sale”, “special order” or “sale” are not eligible to be returned and are a final sale only.

6. All under the dress items are a final sale.

7. All International purchases are a final sale.
